Bolivia is a country rich with veins of silver and tin mines running
deep under the Andes in the west, and herds of cattle and
broad pampas bordering the Amazon in the east. Today mining,
and agriculture are some activities that fuel South America’s
fastest growing economy, but according to the CIA Factbook,
Bolivia still remains one of the poorest countries in South
America.

 

The great majority of those living under
the poverty line do not have insurance, and when fall
victims to tragedy have nothing to fall back on - but us.
